The Hermesh 8 mesh, indicated for inguinal hernias with laparotomy and laparoscopic surgery, is a macroporous and ultralight mesh and it is knitted with quadriaxial technology.
The "quadriaxial" technology is a type of knitting patented by Herniamesh which allows to obtain a mesh with identical elastic modulus in all directions (isotropic), deforming less under tension.
The flat mesh offers the surgeon the possibility to customize the prosthesis, cutting it out and modeling it according to the size of the hernia and the area to be reinforced, offering maximum versatility and flexibility.
